Unlike talk therapy, mindset coaching, or affirmations, QCP™ bypasses the conscious mind entirely. It communicates directly with the unconscious — where 90% of your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours are stored — using Applied Behavioural Kinesiology (muscle testing) to access information your conscious mind simply can't reach.

The Science Behind It: Why the Body Keeps the Score
The phrase 'the body keeps the score' is more than a metaphor. Your body stores emotional and experiential memory at a cellular level. This is what's known as cellular memory — and it's the foundation of why the Quantum Change Process™ works where surface-level approaches don't.
When something significant happens to us — especially in childhood — a belief, an emotion, and a memory all anchor in together. Even if we consciously forget the experience, the unconscious mind retains it completely. And it uses that stored belief to filter every decision, relationship, and opportunity that comes our way from that point forward.

What to Expect: How a QCP™ Session Works
Every QCP™ session is safe, fully interactive, and trauma conscious. You are never a passive participant. Ongoing communication between you and your practitioner is essential throughout the process. Sessions are available online and in person.
Here is what a session looks like from start to finish:
Step 1: Set Your Intention
The session begins by identifying exactly what you want to work on. You don't need to have all the answers — you just need to know what isn't working. Together, a clear, specific intention is established for the session.
Step 2: Align Body, Mind & Spirit
Using surrogate muscle testing, a specialized method of Applied and Behavioural Kinesiology, your entire system — body, mind, and spirit —aligned to the session's intention. This process quickly reveals any unconscious resistance to change that the conscious mind can't detect on its own.
This is one of the most important steps: often, what the conscious mind wants and what the unconscious mind will allow are two very different things. Muscle testing makes that gap visible — and workable.
Step 3: Identify the Source
Once aligned, the testing is used to locate the exact origin of the issue: when it began, who was involved, and what beliefs and emotions were anchored in at that moment. You don't need to consciously know this information — your body does.
Step 4: Clear & Reprogram
This is where the transformation happens. Core beliefs are uncovered. Old habits and patterns of self-sabotage are changed. Cellular patterns are released. And the unconscious mind is then reprogrammed with new, positive, life-affirming beliefs that are consistent with who you truly are and what you actually want.
Step 5: Integration & Follow-Up
Each session is complete with follow-up material to support your continued growth. The new beliefs need time and space to fully integrate — and the shift continues over the hours, days, and weeks following the session.
How Long Is a QCP™ Session?
Sessions run 2 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue and the degree of unconscious resistance to change. This is intentional. Real, root-level transformation takes the time and space it needs.
Most clients notice a shift or change immediately following a session. The integration continues to deepen over the hours, days, and weeks that follow — because the unconscious mind continues to process and settle into its new programming long after the session ends.
One fully integrated session is often all it takes. This isn't a process that requires you to come back every week for months. For many clients, one QCP™ session produces results that years of other approaches couldn't deliver.

1. How is QCP™ different from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy works at the level of the story — exploring patterns through conversation and reflection over many sessions. It is valuable and has its place. But it operates primarily within the conscious mind.
QCP™ goes straight to the root. By using muscle testing to communicate with the unconscious mind, it locates the exact moment a belief was formed, who was involved, and what emotion locked it into the body. It then clears that belief at the cellular level and replaces it with something new. Often, this happens in just one fully integrated session — producing results that talk therapy alone may take years to approach.
2. I'm already in therapy — do I need QCP™?
QCP™ is not a replacement for therapy — it's a powerful complement to it. Many clients who are already doing therapeutic work find that QCP™ accelerates and deepens the results they're getting. 5. What is the role of forgiveness in QCP™?

7. What is muscle testing and is it safe?
Muscle testing — formally known as Applied and Behavioural Kinesiology — is a non-invasive technique used to communicate with the unconscious mind. It works by using the body's natural neurological responses to identify where resistance and patterns are stored. Can be applied in person and online through surrogate muscle testing.
It is completely safe, non-invasive, and does not require any prior knowledge or belief on the part of the client. You simply need to be willing to engage. Your body does the rest.
Muscle testing allows the practitioner to identify with precision: when an issue began, who was involved, what emotion anchored the belief in, and what belief needs to be released and replaced. It bypasses the limitations of conscious recall entirely.
